LIVE EXPERIENCE
Who comforts you, challenges you, expands you, and who keeps you where you are? The people around us can influence what we believe is possible. Join us for a thought-provoking conversation about how our relationships support our ambitions, our wealth and the futures we build.
As a single woman, the decisions about your money, career and future ultimately rest with you. But that doesn’t mean you have to know everything, do everything or navigate every life event by yourself.
The people around us matter. They can introduce us to possibilities we hadn’t considered, challenge the assumptions we make about ourselves, share knowledge and experience, encourage us to go further and be there when things don’t go to plan.
In Allies, we’ll explore the role our relationships can play in our ambitions, our financial lives and the futures we’re building.
Our relationships can do more than support us. They can also define what feels normal and possible to us. We’ll explore how the people around us can influence the way we think about ambition, money, investing, entrepreneurship, taking risks and even how much we believe in ourselves.
Who gives you somewhere safe to land? Who tells you the truth? Who makes you think bigger? And who might be more comfortable with you not evolving who you are? You’ll discover four roles we can all play at different times and consider how they show up in your own relationships.
Success and change can shift the dynamics of even our closest relationships. We’ll talk about comparison, envy, belonging and why we can sometimes make ourselves smaller around the people we care about. We’ll also explore what happens when someone genuinely loves us but finds our growth difficult.
What did the people around you teach you was normal when it came to money? We’ll explore how our social world can influence our attitudes towards money, ambition and wealth, and why building greater financial independence can involve expanding what we believe is possible for ourselves.
What does genuine allyship look like in practice? We’ll explore what you can expect from the people who are truly in your corner. And we’ll look at how you can become a better ally too, creating the kind of relationships where women can champion each other’s growth and success.
Having the right people around you doesn’t mean replacing old friends with more successful ones. We’ll look at how to recognise the allies you already have, notice what might be missing and intentionally build genuine relationships with people who bring different perspectives, experience and possibilities into your life.
Single women are making significant decisions about careers, money, property, business, retirement and the lives they want to build.
Those decisions may be ours to make. But the people we talk to, learn from and spend time with can influence what we consider possible long before a decision is ever even made.
Having people in your corner who can support you when you need it, challenge you when it matters and help you expand your perspective can become an important resource in its own right.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a reflection guide to help you look at the relationships around you through the four roles explored during the conversation.
You’ll consider who already supports, challenges and expands you, where there may be something missing and the relationships you might want to deepen or build.
Then you’ll choose one Brilliant Next Move to begin within the next seven days.
It could be reaching out to someone you’d like to know better, joining a community where you can meet people with shared interests or ambitions, asking someone you trust for a specific kind of support, or becoming a better ally to another woman.

Your own Brilliant Next Move.
Allies is for single women who are interested in the role relationships can play in their ambitions, financial lives and personal growth. You may already have a strong circle around you, be looking to expand it or simply be curious about how the people closest to you influence what feels possible.
No. A person’s value as a friend or ally has nothing to do with their income, status or achievements. Someone with very different financial circumstances can be enormously expansive, while someone who appears highly successful may not be. The conversation is about the quality and role of our relationships, not judging people by what they have.
No. There will be moments when you can reflect on your own relationships and opportunities to ask questions, but you can participate at the level that feels comfortable for you.
No. Allies is a conversation about the relationships around us and how we can build a diverse circle of people who support, challenge and expand us.
You’ll receive the Who’s in Your Corner? reflection guide, which you can use to consider the different roles within your own circle and where you may want to build or deepen relationships. You’ll also choose one Brilliant Next Move to begin within the next seven days and receive a recommended reading list if you’d like to explore some of the ideas from the conversation further.
